What kind of jobs do you take?
Small repairs: drywall patches, doors, blinds, baseboards, caulking, mounting, screens and paint touch-ups. Each job has to be under $1,000 in total (labor and materials), not need a building permit, and not involve plumbing, electrical, gas, heating or air-conditioning work.
What if my job is bigger than that?
We'll tell you up front, before any work starts. We don't split a bigger job into smaller ones to get under the limit.
Are you licensed?
No. Rose Wolf LLC is not licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board, which is why we only take small repair jobs that Nevada allows without one.
What areas do you serve?
Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas and the surrounding valley, including Summerlin, Spring Valley, Enterprise and Green Valley. The estimate form takes a ZIP code if you're not sure.
Can I send photos instead of scheduling a visit?
Yes. For small repairs, photos are usually enough for a price.
Do you give the price in writing?
Yes, before work starts.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes, on small repair work orders. We take them by email, phone or Property Meld, schedule with tenants, and invoice per work order with before and after photos.
